1 Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the winph 2 Casino website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the winph 2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. winph 2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winph 2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). winph 2 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.2 The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph 2 Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed;
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);

7.2 winph 2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.
8 Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the winph 2 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of winph 2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of winph 2's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 The winph 2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winph 2 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 winph 2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph 2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10 Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 winph 2 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
10.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.
10.3 winph 2 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.
11 Responsible Gaming

12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, winph 2 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13 Amendments to These Terms
